Tennis – Djokovic stunned by his return to form

Novak Djokovic admits he is surprised by how well the last few weeks have gone for him.

The Serb had an elbow operation in February after struggling with injury for the previous two years.
It appeared that Djokovic’s best days were behind him but he beat Roger Federer 6-4 6-4 in the Cincinnati Masters final on Sunday just five weeks after his Wimbledon triumph.
Djokovic said: “It’s been a rollercoaster ride in my career with injury, taking time off and having surgery earlier this year.
“This seems a bit unreal to be back at this level and winning Wimbledon and obviously Cincinnati for the first time.”
Djokovic is 11/4 with Bet365 to win the US Open while Federer is available at 4/1 to triumph at Flushing Meadows.
