Soccer – Ndidi commits his long-term future to Foxes

Wilfred Ndidi is thrilled to have signed a new contract with Leicester City that will keep him at the King Power Stadium until the end of the 2023/24 campaign.

The 21-year-old Nigeria international, who played in all three of the Super Eagles’ games at World Cup 2018, moved to the Foxes from Genk in January 2017 and has scored two goals in 52 Premier League appearances for the club.
Ndidi said: “I am very happy to sign this contract with Leicester City. I have enjoyed every moment of my time with the club, so I am thrilled to be here for six more years.”
Leicester, 4/6 with Bet365 to finish in the top half of the Premier League this season, can be backed at 11/5 to beat Southampton at St Mary’s on Saturday.
