Soccer – Watford complete Doucoure coup

Watford have sealed the signing of Rennes midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure, who will spend the rest of the season on loan at Granada.

The 23-year-old France Under-21 international has put pen to paper on a four-and-a-half-year contract with the Hornets and will head back to Vicarage Road in the summer following his spell with Granada.
Meanwhile, Spain international midfielder Mario Suarez is looking forward to playing in England after completing his transfer to Watford from Fiorentina.
The 28-year-old said after signing a four-and-a-half-year contract with the Hornets: “The Premier League is the best league in the world. It is the most competitive, everyone can win and I think Watford are a good team. I want to help the team complete our objectives.”
Quique Sanchez Flores’ side are in action on Wednesday when they play host to Chelsea in a Premier League clash. Watford are 16/5 with Bet365 to secure a victory against last season’s champions, with the draw available at 5/2.
