Soccer – Forster happy to be back

Fraser Forster insists he is not thinking about representing England at Euro 2016 but is only focused on re-establishing himself as Southampton’s first-choice goalkeeper.

The Saints shot-stopper recently returned to action after a ten-month injury lay-off and has kept three clean sheets in a row.
That form has led to talk suggesting he can force his way into Roy Hodgson’s squad for this summer’s tournament in France but the former Celtic star says he is not thinking about a return to the national team just yet.
“Not at all to be honest,” Forster said when asked if the Euros were on his mind. “I’m just delighted to be back playing football.
“I think, for me, I’m just taking it game by game and enjoying playing football again. We’ll see what happens.”
Southampton can be backed at 4/1 with Bet365 to beat Arsenal in the Premier League on Tuesday and are 10/3 to keep a clean sheet against the Gunners, who they thrashed 4-0 at St Mary’s earlier in the season.
