Angelique Kerber is thrilled to have reached her first Grand Slam final after beating Johanna Konta in the semi-finals of the Australian Open.

The German is excited about the prospect of playing Serena Williams in the Melbourne final and admits she has nothing to lose against the world number one.
Kerber ended Konta’s incredible run at the tournament by beating the British number one 7-5 6-2 and said afterwards: “It’s a really special moment. I have reached the final for the first time.
“It’s just amazing to play against the number one in the final in the first Grand Slam of the year. I will try to give everything, I have nothing to lose.”
Williams is 1/2 with Bet365 to win Saturday’s final in straight sets, while a Kerber victory in three sets is available at 9/1.
