Soccer – Klose backed to boost Canaries

Norwich City manager Alex Neil is confident that new signing Timm Klose will prove to be an excellent acquisition.

The 27-year-old Switzerland international has moved to Carrow Road from Wolfsburg and has penned a three-and-a-half year contract with the Canaries, 7/4 with Bet365 to be relegated this season.
Klose started his career at FC Basel and moved to FC Thun and Nurnberg before joining Wolfsburg in 2013. He has made 12 appearances for Switzerland and played against England in the recent Euro 2016 qualifying campaign.
Neil said: “Timm has got plenty of experience having played in the Bundesliga, in the Champions League and for his country, which will be an asset to us.
“We’re delighted to have completed this deal and to have added Timm to our squad.”
Norwich can be backed at 3/1 to beat Liverpool this weekend.
