Soccer – Klopp eager for Wembley glory

Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp says his side will not head to Wembley just to enjoy their day having reached the Capital One Cup final.

The Reds edged past Stoke City in their semi-final, winning 6-5 on penalties after a 1-0 win for the Potters at Anfield meant that the tie ended locked at 1-1 on aggregate.
And Klopp is eager to go on and clinch some silverware in his first season in charge at Liverpool, with the winner of the clash between Manchester City and Everton their opponent at Wembley.
Following a dramatic night on Merseyside, Klopp told reporters: “Manchester City or Everton, I don’t care, we will win the cup.
“Wembley is a cool place to play football, but we go there to win. It’s not much fun to lose.”
Liverpool are now priced at 1/1 with Bet365 to lift the Capital One Cup this season, having won the League Cup a record eight times.
