Cricket – Compton keen to end series in style

Nick Compton is adamant that England will be looking to beat South Africa in the fourth Test at Centurion even though the tourists have already won the series.

England have a 2-0 lead heading into the final encounter, which they are 11/8 with Bet365 to win.
Compton has scored 220 runs in the three Tests against the Proteas and is 11/2 to be his team’s top batsman in the first innings of the fourth Test.
“For me and a lot of the other guys, there’s a lot to play for. It’s a Test match for England,” said Compton.
“Obviously from a team point of view, make no bones about it, this team wants to keep moving forwards.”
England will be forced to make one change to the side that won the third Test at the Wanderers as Steven Finn has a side strain. Mark Footitt, Chris Woakes or Chris Jordan will replace him.
