Soccer – Pochettino eyes title tilt

Mauricio Pochettino believes Tottenham are good enough to mount a challenge for the Premier League title this season.

Spurs have only lost two games in the first half of the season and, after winning 2-1 at Watford on Monday, trail table-topping Arsenal by only four points.
Pochettino’s side are third following their win at Vicarage Road, which came courtesy of Son Heung-Min’s last-minute goal.
Erik Lamela had fired Tottenham in front only for Odion Ighalo to equalise before the break.
Pochettino said afterwards: “In football a lot can happen. The most important thing is we believe – we have a strong squad to fight for the title.”
Spurs are 8/5 with Bet365 to win their next game at Everton and are 10/1 to win the Premier League title outright.
